Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the EU, UK, US, Mexico, Australia, and Canada. All shipments are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning any customs duties and taxes are covered.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over €500.
  • Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): Rates vary based on location and order value. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for orders under €500.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or courier service delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a DHL Express tracking number. You can track your order on our website or directly via the courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Certain large or bulky items may incur additional shipping fees.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is missing or lost, please contact our customer service team at info@eoselio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and assist in locating your package.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@eoselio.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Paid returns are sent to our warehouse in Germany. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
