We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help with a smooth return process.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase for verification.
How to Start a Return

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide prepaid shipping labels. You may use a courier service of your choice, ensuring that the item is returned safely to our warehouse.
Damages and Issues
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately at info@eoselio.com so we can make it right. We’ll cover all costs for returns in these situations.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any concerns or questions about a particular item, please contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, we recommend returning the original purchase and placing a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must still meet the return conditions outlined above (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
