1. When will my order ship?

   Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via DHL Express.

   How long will delivery take?

   Delivery times vary based on location. In most cases, deliveries to the EU, UK, and US arrive within 2-5 business days.

   Is shipping free?

   Shipping is free for orders over €500. Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping fee.

   Can I track my order?

   Yes, every order comes with a DHL tracking number so you can follow your package.

   Do you ship internationally?

   Currently, we ship to the EU, UK, and US with duties and taxes paid (DDP).

   What is your return policy?

   You can return your order within 14 days, and we offer paid returns to our Germany warehouse.
